Pickup Policy

Select 'Local Pickup' at checkout. We'll prepare your order and email you when it's ready to collect, usually within 2 hours during store hours.

Orders are held for 14 days from the ready-for-pickup notification. Please collect within this window.

For your security, please bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, let us know their name in advance.

Orders not collected within 14 days may be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking considerations.
