Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging intact.
Exchanges
To exchange for a different size or colour, start a return for the original item and place a new order, or visit our Williamsport store for an instant exchange.
Refund Eligibility
Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank to process the credit.
Final sale and personalised items are not eligible for refund unless faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Store Credits
Where applicable, you may choose store credit instead of a refund. Store credit does not expire and can be used online or in-store.
Processing Times
Returns are typically processed within 5–7 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange is complete.
